Nature Doesn't Care (Bite Me)

from Summer Songs (Unintended Cat Face) by Nyentek

lyrics

Went outside
Laid on the grass
Took out my guitar
Took off shoes and socks
Settled in the sun
Strummed some chords and plucked some strings
Pondered nature and some things
Distracted and didn't notice
When my foot received a bite

Inside, outside, it's no matter
Nature doesn't care
Bushy legs or a bald head
You'll be bitten there

My foot's bite turned to red and purple
It started to hurt
Got all irritated
Fortunately didn't squirt
I went to a doctor
Some prescription tablets
I can bear my foot again
It is now painless

Inside, outside, it's no matter
Nature doesn't care
Bushy legs or a bald head
You'll be bitten there

Finally back to running
Stretches in the grass
But while lying Superman
Something took some bites

Inside, outside, it's no matter
Nature doesn't care
Bushy legs or a bald head
You'll be bitten there
